10 Meter Air Pistol / Rifle

The 10 Meter event is one of the most popular Olympic shooting disciplines. Athletes shoot using air pistols or air rifles from a distance of 10 meters, requiring exceptional precision, breathing control, balance and mental focus.

25 Meter Pistol

The 25 Meter Pistol event combines precision with rapid-fire shooting techniques. Athletes develop speed, timing, consistency and complete control under competition pressure.

50 Meter Rifle / Pistol

The 50 Meter Rifle event is among the most technically demanding shooting disciplines. It requires outstanding accuracy, body stability, concentration and advanced shooting skills over long distances.

10 Meter Air Pistol / Rifle (SH1 & SH2)

The 10 Meter Para Shooting Event Allows Athletes to Compete Using Air Pistols or Air Rifles While Sitting in a Wheelchair, Shooting Chair, or Standing. SH2 Athletes Use a Spring-Loaded Rifle Stand, Demanding Outstanding Precision, Trigger Control, and Mental Focus.

25 Meter Pistol (SH1)

The 25 Meter Para Pistol Event Combines Speed, Stability, and Accuracy. Athletes Compete Using One Unsupported Arm While Managing Rapid-Fire Sequences Under Strict Competition Timelines with Complete Control and Confidence.

50 Meter Rifle / Pistol

The 50 Meter Rifle Event Challenges Athletes to Maintain Exceptional Accuracy, Endurance, and Body Stability Over Long Distances. Competitors Shoot from Prone or Sitting Positions Using Advanced Equipment and Technical Precision.

🎯 Standard Shooting

Standard Shooting is governed internationally by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF). Athletes compete in Olympic disciplines such as 10m Air Rifle, 10m Air Pistol, 25m Pistol, 50m Rifle, and Shotgun Events.

Training focuses on breathing control, trigger technique, body stability, mental conditioning, match preparation, precision shooting, and performance analysis. Shooters progress from District and State Championships to National, International, World Cup, World Championship, and Olympic competitions.

♿ Para Shooting

Para Shooting is conducted for athletes with physical impairments and follows the rules of World Shooting Para Sport. In India, Para Shooting is supported through the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), enabling athletes to compete at National and International levels.

Specialized coaching includes adaptive shooting techniques, customized equipment, wheelchair positioning, balance training, trigger control, mental preparation, and classification-based coaching for SH1 and SH2 athletes. The objective is to prepare shooters for National Championships, World Cups, World Championships, and the Paralympic Games.
